Theodore L. Hall has been a member of the Alabama State Bar since 1973, and has practiced law in Mobile during that entire time. For over 20 years, Mr. Hall was also a member of the panel of Chapter 7 Trustees, and brings a unique perspective to his representation of debtors as a result. Mr. Hall has regularly taught attorneys bankruptcy law for Continuing Legal Education requirements with the State Bar.
Mr. Hall is a member of the Bankruptcy Sections of the Alabama State Bar and the Mobile Bar Association, and of NACBA—the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. He graduated cum laude from the University of South Alabama in 1970 and from the University of Michigan Law School in 1973.
